I drop of my car for a paint recall 2 weeks ago. I called for 2 weeks and was never able to speak to a rep.
I was told my car was covered 100% paint job. Today Saturday 4/29/23 I picked up my car and It wasn’t painted as it was stated. Service was terrible, no one was able to help. I will return to complain .

Two week wait for an oil change appointment. Service took three hours to complete including the programing a new remote that I had to wait eight months to receive.
My service technician Enrique was very polite and professional.
But the eight month wait for a key fob (since August 3rd), the two week wait for an appointment, and the three hour service time were all excessive amounts of time.
