I have to call back speak manager why my air pressure was not turn back on. My point is that I should not have call back because I trust your service

Not enough information was given to me when I set the appointment-
The appointment was for the windshield recall and to replace the parking brake lever on the interior console. This was the second time I came in for this service, the first time the appointment wasn’t verified with the body shop to complete the recall- called to reschedule, explained to the young lady that I would need a loner. Why is it when I arrive that I have to explain again why I’m there- don’t you have this in the computer? Again I wasn’t informed that this recall takes 7-10 days. Why didn’t the person I made the appointment with on the phone tell me about this?
I have rescheduled again for 4/20- I hope that the third time is the charm!

Cheyne was very courteous, and explained a lot of the process. I do wish that the service representative could have given me more details about the work being done, as I had a question as to whether it was the same as was offered at Downey Honda. The description of the work was a bit different, and then, when I asked to confirm the difference between fuel injection, service at the Cerritos dealership and throttle body Service at the Downey dealership, it was not explained well to me. Thank you.
