I'm not mad with the service. My car was finished way before it was scheduled for. I am upset with the 3 year 36000 maintenance thing. My 3 year anniversary is next month and I ha less than 36000 miles.

Kyle has made my experience eorking with the hyundai service team a wonderful. He was very personable and welcoming upon arriving at hyundai. We discussed the issues with my vehicle and he reassured me that the team would be able to handle the job. He was very thorough and detailed with all the information covered. The work was done in a very timely manner and I was contacted same day to pick up my vehicle. Kyle went out of his way to contact me when I was unable to show up to retrieve the vehicle, which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, Hyundai has not been able to provide solutions for the three 'Recall issues'. They told me that I must request another appointment to solve a pending recall issue.
