Paul helped me during my last 2 visits here and he knows how to take care of me and my car! He is very friendly and very thorough both listening to my concerns and making sure it gets taken care of!

I arrived at the same as other people, everybody left in about 2 hours with and without appointment, I went to find out what was the delay 2 times but my service advisor was not around, I finally saw my car there and asked another advisor for my car since my advisor was not around, I left around 1:30, I received a text from my service around 4pm that my car was ready, this is not acceptable

I was extremely disappointed previously with Westbrook in Anahiem and Garden Grove but yesterday experience at your dealership completely changed my mind about Hyundai service. Everybody from Erika on the phone to Paul who helped me getting the car done were very professional and friendly. Even though I wasn’t able to get a car but the waiting room was very well organized, with coffee machine, comfortable seating and I wasn’t feeling waiting over 3 hours to get the car back. Paul was not there when I picked up the car. The service department didn’t know what to do to activate the alarm system so that I could turn on the ignition. I told them that Paul told me to go to the Finance Department. She didn’t know what needed to be done.
On the dashboard, several of my preferred settings were no longer on. So I need to figure this out again.
