My main purpose of the visit to your dealership and to Moe was because the transmission was slipping. This was made clear to Moe but when he completed the work order for you mechanics he described my problem as jerking at a stop signal. I never said that the car was jerking. No where on the work order does her say it was a transmission probe so how is your mechanic supposed to know they. Aldo he kept our car over night the first day without even contacting us to make sure it was ok. Then after I texted him at 8:00pm. He cat acted me the next day saying that he had called me of which I have no record. So he tells me that he would call me back at noon the next day with an answer by 12:00 noon and I didn’t hear from him until 2:30. Then all the comments on the work order are negative old fluids, dirty filters, etc., etc. I called him and text him that day I picked up my car to ask question about the servicing and he never returned my call or text. I will never return to your dealership and May yelp my experience. I will purchase new tires and get my car serviced to comply with the negative comments on your work order. Also, I will pay to replace my transmission rather to visit your dealership. Moe really left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was accommodated right away and as stated , the service was finished on time as promised. Candice fully explained to me what and was not covered on the service requested, she explained to me how long it will be finished so if I want to go somewhere or just stay while the required service is being performed. I was told 1.5 hours. It was closer to 2 hours and the recall work wasn’t done. Granted, the recall work wasn’t done because I didn’t want to continue to wait, but it would have taken at least another half hour, turning the 1.5 hours quoted time into a 2.5 hour time. 2 hours is far too long for an oil change. Need better time management.
