Mari helped someone else that was dropping off their car even though I showed up before the person to pick up my vehicle. Paul had to help me finish paying and pick up my vehicle. I understand it wss busy, but advisors should help customers who can pay and pick up first. My wife was surprised as she dropped me off and was almost home by time I got my vehicle. Also, i was told there would be a car wash and noticed my car was not washed.
