When we first got there I was greeted right away by a very pleasant young lady and then a young gentleman asked if I was being help. I only had to wait a few minutes considering I was there an hour BEFORE my appointment ! The service writer was awesome too. Gary had Apologetically explained that they were only able to do two of the recalls because you guys were out of stock the other one. He also informed me that you will call me as soon as you guys get the parts in.What I was MOST SHOCKED BY was I was embarrassed about bringing the car in because it was SO DIRTY ON THE OUTSIDE! But when the car was returned you guys washed or rinsed it off for me!!!! You have no idea what that meant for me!!!! THANK YOU!
