My radio was reset but not updated like it was supposed to, my car got all scratched up while it was in your cae, and I was supposed to be contacted today, on Friday about how to get it fixed on Monday, but I was not called.

Enrique was phenomenal. He really went above and beyond to make sure that my expectations were not only met, but were exceeded in every way. I actually enjoy my time in your customer lounge, getting caught up on my iPad “screen time” to-do list. I love your coffee machine. Knowing that I was spending a lengthy amount of time in the customer lounge, Enrique kept me appraised of the progress of the investigation into a strange noise that was emanating from the engine compartment following the full engine and turbocharger replacement at the Hyundai dealership in Tempe Arizona. And when one of the two front seat trim-set replacements arrived from the warehouse damaged, which prevented the same-day completion of the work scope, Enrique not only made sure that I was provided a loaner vehicle, but he set me up in a new Santa Fe Sport. I was very surprised and pleased. WOW, what a luxuriously fun driving experience. And the experience of communicating via text messaging was perfect simply because Enrique responded promptly and honestly every time, which easily pushes Norm Reeve’s Hyundai Super Store to a Five Star plus rating. And Enrique’s thoughtfulness guarantees that my next new vehicle will be a Santa Fe Sport.

My car has an intermittent rattle and even though not replicated on today’s visit. It’s been there for months now. It was thought due to my broken bumper, my bumper was off the car for 4 days and the rattle remained. I’ve paid $3,000 to fix the body issues and wheel issues I caused. I paid for PDR on my passenger door, all the issues to restore my car to before. The rattle remains. I can add the rattle is not there in the morning on my 2.4 miles too work, the 2.4 miles back its there. I know not Louie’s fault or anyone at Norm Reeves. I just want the rattle gone. I’ll see for my backup camera recall or next appointment and make it for 4:00pm

The intake technician was unresponsive and I did not get an update for three days and only after I left text and voice messages. I then had to try and get an actual person to answer phone to request call back since I still had not received a response. The vehicle was kept for about a week and a half and still did not address issue stating they could not recreate the problems. Which is that the vehicle shuts off while driving and will be unable to start when parked. Have taken vehicle in more than once for this safety issue.

Was not satisfied with the communication and service time for the car. Dropped off the car at 12 and I received a text that it was ready by 12:51 and it wasn’t ready until around 2:30. It was over 2 hours of waiting for an oil chance service and no updates along the way unless I kept going to the desk to ask if the car was ready after I was notified that it was.

I did not have my tire fixed with Hyundai. I had my car towed to America tires. Unbelievable how your company wanted to charge me almost $500. To repair 1 tire.
