Please call me to discuss. There are a number of training opportunities for both Gary & his supervisor. I was only remedied after escalating the issue. Neither apologized to me for their behavior or for telling me that I hadn't paid for an extended warranty. Instead I was told it was my responsibility to show proof of the warranty. I had to escalate matters in order to get any resolution. I hope I never have to come to this dealership again for service and will think twice about purchasing ever again from here because the extended warranty information was not input into the system correctly according to Gary and his manager. I would not wish this experience on my enemy.

Cheyne explains what my car needed to keep running good. He also manage to elaborate the expenses and/or charges prior the start of fixing my car. He knows what he is supposed to do for a starter. I have been going to the service center and I am familiar with all the service employee who has been helping customers. So far the only last man standing as the service employee was Gary (he had help me before) the rest were new faces. Being that said, as a regular customer Hyundai should make a way to to make their employees stay longer to better serve their customers or clients. Familiarity creates better relationships with all their customers.
