Waiting time is too long for oil change when I am the first customer. The service advisory did not even gave a progress. I have to asked twice. Furthermore the employees in the waiting room are not wearing mask especially the receptionist. All the customers are wearing mask even I who is fully vaccinated

When I made my appointment I was told that I could get a smog certificate and that's what it expected to have happen. When I arrived the service advisor told me that you do not do smog checks anymore even though it states smog information on your work orders. I was also told there would be $155 diagnostic per item that needed to be checked IE alignment of my headlights and my transmission slipping. I've never before in all the years that I've done business with you people had that kind of thing quoted to me.
The service rep was very sweet and apologetic about the fact that I was advised and correctly regarding a smog check and that I had not been advised about diagnostic fees of $155 each
I've been a Hyundai customer with the Cerritos location since 2004 all of my service on my vehicles has been done there but after this last occasion I will not return
Please do not have anyone contact me

Honestly i never do this but has been the worst experience i have had. Took my car in for a recall, requested a diagnostic and they said $150 i agreed, then i get a call saying that they wont do it until they do oil change +$100 i said no thank you, ill pick my car up. What do they do, supposedly a diagnostic without my permission and they did not tell me the diagnostic. I feel like you guys took $150 for no reason. Now i have to pay somewhere else to do one.

To many hours for oil change, I told my job that I will be at 1:00 pm that day but, I didn’t because of the oil change, that’s the reason I always get my appointment early this is the second time that you guys do the same plus when I call for appointment the guy who answer the phone he never told me that you guys change locations I’m hoping that next time it will be faster thanks

Paul was very accommodating & professional… the problem i have is the seemingly incompetent technicians who installed a cv boot “inside out” then the repeated problems procuring the axel. But through all of this comedy of errors, Paul said all the right things & ultimately i felt satisfied, even though it took me 8 days to get my car.

Yes the service was very good and fast. Everybody was knowledgeable about the issue and how to resolve it. However the cost was very expensive.
