Hans was an excellent service advisor. He was very courteous and helpful.
In addition to my car oil change, I had a problem with my car clock and he explain the process of what the technicians will do. At the end they just restarted the car system but told me to keep an eye on it. Hans also gave me advice on to care for my car. I was satisfied with the service.

I took my car in for brake service..
Ten days later my back brakes were squeaking,
I took my 2019 Hundai Santa fe back for brake repairs again..It turns out that my brakes went bad because of a mechanical error..
I lost 2 days of work because of it..
Im an Uber driver..
About 1 year ago another thing happen when my transmission went out after just 1 year after purchasing my car ..
It was at the dealer for 3 weeks straight..
I take my car to service every month and a half, Because I drive alot..
I have taken my car to service at least 20 times in the last 2 years. ..
When I service my car at Hundai and sometimes have to leave my car off for a day or more..
The Service advisors at the Cerritos Hundai facility..never and I mean never ever bother too call me back for any updates..
I always have to hitch a ride to the location just for an update.
I have to get a ride up to 3 times in 2 days at times just for an update.
I try calling customer service for updates and I they say is that Service Advisers are busy and left a message to call me back and that never happens...
All Service Advisers are really bad in giving customers updates..They never ever bother to inform you of anything concerning your vehicle...
My and Husband were planning on getting another new car and once thought of buying a second Hundai..
But never will we buy another Hundai again and will never reccomend anyone to purchase a Hundai...

Car was there for 8 hours!
When i called to check on it, i got hung up on, receptionists all seemed confused.
I to think the prices you charge are bit much and it takes forever.
Last time i was there in December, it took 4 days to switch a sensor. I think that's a bit much.
They couldn't find my service guy.
He was great, i like his customer service, he is knowledgeable.
He has been there awhile, so he must be taken care of.
