Cheyne was very kind and patient with all my questions and concerns about my service and upcoming ABS recall for my Tucson. I know it’s not always possible to estimate when your car will be ready during service because anything can happen, but my car was ready exactly when Cheyne said it would be. I can probably go to a service center closer to my home in Glendale bu,t I choose to travel to Cerritos, because I knew I was going to get top level service.

Heman is quite possibly the best service representative I’ve ever encountered in the 15 years I’ve interacted with service departments at Cerritos Auto Square. He’s made sure I had a rental when I need it even if it’s at 7:30am. He always tells it to me straight what needs doing and what needs doing NOW. I am highly appreciative of this as I’m not a gear head. His honest practicality plus the time he takes to explain things to me are the main reasons I drive the hour plus from Pomona to the Hyundai service dept in Cerritos.
