Actually, the staffperson who assisted me from beginning to end was Moe Jaber. Great service, thank you. Louie was my service rep -- a very nice guy who took extra time to explain everything. He set me up with a ride home and a complimentary car wash coupon was attached to my receipt when I picked up my car.
I am so impressed with Hyundai -- the extended warranty covered my air conditioner problem. (The air conditioner worked great on the way home -- I'll keep watching it as directed.) I appreciate that Louie explained that the service tech added a dye to the freon so they can see if there is a leak somewhere if the air fails again. I am so glad I bought a Hyundai!
