3 different trips and the problem not yet solved.
1. To inspect the first time
2. Appointment set but someone failed to confirm third party availability
3. Dropped off 7/8 am, no call till I called after 1 pm only to find out not done , explanation was that additional part missing upon disassembly, just a bad experience, if someone would have done their job right the first time would be different, now I have to bring again once extra part arrives. Poor coordination, delivery disappointing.

I wish the maintenance dept would have parked my truck inside the building.. After having my truck sitting outside for a week, it was really super dirty on the outside... It seems the maintenance dept parked my truck under a tree, because of the bird droppings left on it. Or at least wipe off the bird droppings.

Aside from not being fully convinced that there isn't an issue with the amount of soap that ends up inside the hatch at a car wash. The wires they were supposed to have tucked back in didn't stay and now the little alarm box I guess it is is hanging out and getting in the way of being able to drive safely as it's very close to the brake pedal.

When I decline the service offer that Enrique offer me, I asked for ride to my home until my car is done. He said, the transportation is busy providing services other customer. I was there at 7:30 am and it didn’t look busy. I work graveyard and very tired, I would not appreciate it that kind of answer from Enrique.
