I left multiple voicemails for Juan. Not once did I receive a call back. I tried speaking to other service advisors for help and they did not want to help me they just referred me back to Juan. There was no teamwork this was frustrating since he was never available. When I called to make an appointment the person said they would escalate and cc Juan’s manager still like that I did not receive a call back.
If you promise someone a call back. Call them BACK even if you don’t have an update on the part, the least you can do is a quick text or call back for an update.
The 3rd party company was suppose to be contacted before so that they could install the part the same time as my oil change. I get to my appointment and the person who assisted me had to call them which extended my waiting period an additional 2-3 hours which was unfair to me.
I am very disappointed in the service I was provided. When I picked up my car still there was no interaction with Juan. My point why couldn’t this have been handled weeks ago if I didn’t speak to Juan not once he didn’t help me do anything. The other service advisor assisted me yesterday.
