Candice was a gem to work with and the two visits I’ve made at Norm Reeves Cerritos Hyundai has restored my faith in Hyundai as a brand. Having a company, listen and address a customers concern means a lot nowadays. When so much is lost within customer service, Norm Reeves Cerritos Hyundai went above and beyond and I appreciate the time I was given and not as before at another dealer. I’m no car expert but know the experts had my car in their sights and put a happy face on this Scottish guy.

The selling dealer installed a tracking device that drained the battery, then Norm Reeves was going to charge me to remove it, when I never wanted it to begin with. It also took 21 days of having my car with you for Norm Reeves to check the 12v battery health and do the ICCU software update. Dealerships are anti-consumer.
