Service always takes much longer than necessary. My car is making a noise and I was told it’s normal…and perhaps my car just formed some rust from living near the water. So I am to live with a noisy car that is brand new. Completely unsatisfied with Toyota. Wish we stayed with Nissan.

Although everything was fantastic, the quote I received for the work was $100 less than actual. If I quoted my customers less, then charged more, I would lose every customer.
