My truck was in for a recall and I asked to have the phone link system repaired through my stereo because it keeps dropping calls and for some reason the phone stays connected for maps and music but the phone drops after a few minutes and has been doing so for almost a year. Once I left the dealership I called Simone and within a minute the call was dropped again. The service writer was going to inquire about possible causes today and get back to me.

Mr. Sanchez did a great job. My critiques: The interior of the loaner vehicle was really dirty, and my vehicle smelled on return. Invest in some Ozium (not the 'new car smell' one, get the original) and keep the loaners nice. Was impressed with the new service bay, I want those garage doors. Impressive operation on a whole.
