This was a horrible experience. My car got towed in on Saturday morning, they had called and told me I needed 2 new tires and the alignment done, and they quoted me a price for $450+, and i told them that I have tire coverage that I pay for with my lease. He said he would check, which he did on the phone with me, and told me that I did not have coverage. I reluctantly agreed, but hung up and went and looked at my lease paperwork. I did see that I had tire coverage, and called back and left many messages, and it was hard to get a reply. And then once I told them that I do have coverage it seemed like I was getting the workaround. It was John who was my service guy. Them telling me that I didn’t have coverage, which I bought directly through Toyota, I feel as if they should have been easily able to look that up in their system. I did not get offered a courtesy car, and was without my car until Wednesday. I’m not happy about the service at all. I was without my car for 5 days for a simple two new tires and alignment, which is Toyota’s coverage fault because they had to keep going back and forth to get it approved, but if I went with what he had originally said, that I didn’t have coverage, and just paid the money I’m sure i would of had my car back Saturday night. This is in no way a reflection of Bobs customer service. He got in contact with me and let me know what was going on, when John was my original service guy. Bob is a good representation of your company and his customer service is the only reason that I feel as if things actually got done because of his persistence in submitting the claims. He also kept me in the loop. I feel as if I should be compensated in some way for this poor service. This was unacceptable!

As a retired single woman, I have to trust that the dealership will be honest in the work performed! That always gives me anxiousness and I cannot know for sure! I did notice that with this service, my car was not cleaned. I thought that it was a nice perk for your customers and I’m sure appreciated! So when I picked up my car, I was disappointed! Has your policy changed and no longer take care of that for customers?
