Service was promised to be completed in under two hours. I specifically asked if it was certain to be under two hours because I had a commitment this afternoon. I even asked for a loaner and was denied. Then I offered to decrease the level of service to decrease the time but was assured it would be less than 2 hours to completion. Fast forward I walked out over 3 and a half hours later. I was comped the service but I don’t know if I will return again. We have been customers for many years but I can’t rely on the word of someone who continually dates expectations and doesn’t deliver.
And when I arrived this morning my appt was not listed on the service roster and this afternoon I received an email stating I missed my appointment. Get it together Galaxy!
