The basic dissatisfaction comes from a day there with a scheduled appointment. You aggressively sought my business, so I agreed, even though I asked for an online quote. The car I was asking for was substituted with way more features than I asked for. Buyer Beware at its utmost. Then, during Covid, my husband and I (both over 65 and health compromised) spent 41/2 hours closing a not fantastic deal.

Bob Majkowski, was scheduled to leave shortly after I arrived to have my car serviced. He as always took the time to explain what maintenance would be provided. My car was finished after the time Bob, should have left, instead he waited until my car was finished and kindly informed me the service was complete.
