Tire rotation that I specifically requested when coming in for maintenance service was not done for the second time. First time I went in for the regular maintenance service was not done either. My tires are marked and I know that they were not rotated both last time and this time. Disappointing as the first time I thought was just a fluke and that they just forgot; this second instance of it not happening shows that it’s being ignored and assumed the customer wouldn’t know. Tire tread reading also seems strange as comparing the tire tread reading from the first service and current service indicates heightened rear tire wear despite being a FWD car. Can’t tell if inspections are even being done at this point.
