Guys Brian the service tech did fine on the mdx service except the replacement part was not in. The real problem remains with the ZDX. After 4 new car purchases from Weir, over $100k repairs, and approximately 12 months back order on the ignition part, the ZDX is now useless. Won’t start, run nor of use in any way. So far I’ve had to replace the battery, generator, alternator etc all of which are useless due to failure to replace ignition box. The box impairs the other parts from use. Brian tried hard to order the part nut to no avail. We thanked him for his effort. This repair delay is even impacting me from purchasing a rdx for my grand daughter. After my long term loyalty to acura and weir canyon I am asking for attention and help. Again Brian has good service skill sets - we are formally requesting help to resolve the problem and help with a solution. Roger W

My visit was very simple. I just wish I did not have to follow up with you directly after 1.5 hours of waiting in the waiting room to determine the outcome. Then I wsited another 30 minutes to have my vehicle washed, but I do appreciate that. However, I was at the end of my patience for a simple tie patch. I appreciate your having my $30 refunded but as of now, even though Brian said it was refunded, my credit card company still hasn't received it. Oh well...
