I almost always have a great experience there. Miguel and Hooman are always most helpful. Most likely why I have bought two RDXs from you. I was there when your lot was dirt and now with the transformation your dealership is really welcoming to check out the Acuras! I told both Miguel and Hooman I will most likely be in the market for a 2024 RDX. Of course your dealership will be the first one I stop at. Happy New Year to all at Weir Canyon Acura!

Moises was great with his service. He patiently explained all the issues the car was having and their solutions. He was also able to provide info on upcoming repairs and focussed on the critical ones too.

Service was handled efficiently and transportation to my house was provided since service took to the next day. I don’t recall ever getting a survey from Acura. If they call from out of state I would not answer an unknown caller.

I was told I would wait between 60 to 90 mins. I was there for 120 mins. I really don’t think I should be waiting for 2 hours for a scheduled appointment for an A1 service. I was never told it would take longer even after the 90 mins mark. Towards the end I noticed my car was sitting out there. Had to be sitting out there for atleast for 10 mins before I was even called in to make my payment. I used to go to Weir Canyon for excellent customer service. I live right next to Tustin but always decided to go to Weir for the customer service. It is apparent that is not the case anymore and I will need to reconsider where I take my car going forward. Also side note, don’t recommend service for other issues if you already know your customer may be upset at your wait time for a simple A1 service.
