Someone opened my center console during the service. Items were shifted, things were hanging out and my phone charger was sitting on the passenger seat. I’ve Spoken with Moises, Corey and the GM on the issue. Really disappointed this happened.

Be upfront with customers! From the beginning when I called to schedule I was told it would be an hour - 1.5. I was also told they would have the refill for my tire repair kit. I did ask if it would be faster if I went in for the first appointment if the day. When I arrived I was told it would be an hour. 2 hours later my car was finally done. Not once did the come in to say they were running behind. Also they did not in fact have the refill for my tire repair kit. I was also told they can not ship it to me so I have to go back out there to pick it up. I don’t have all day to sit around! So irritating. I should have at least been told an accurate time. I could have gotten dropped off and gone back later and worked all instead of sit in your waiting room for 2 hours.

Invoices c79233, c79366. I had my MDX tow to where Canyon Acura in Anaheim on Monday the 12th of December. They were that day Miguel called and informed me that I needed relays and switches and fuel injectors and that would make my car start again and it would make my TPMS not come on and then make the check engine light not come on. So I had to get a loan I called secured it called Miguel back and said okay go for it. He called me the next day and said if I wanted to keep starting it will be an additional $300 to take the bill to $3,000. Well now he had me what else can I do so I had to call and get another approval from the person I'm getting my loan and I said okay 6 days later the vehicle was done they told me to pick it up. I turned right back around because the TPMS night came right back on also there is a cover in my backseat which was supposed to cover the wires that were hanging down from my dashboard at the gas and brake pedals that they forgot to put back on. I was informed that it would cost me more money for the TPMS to where I said unbelievable I have to think about it. Then the very evening it would not start and I had to wait till Monday to have it towed to them again to where they charged me $600 more for a bad starter. I don't believe they ever did any of the work they said they did. I took my vehicle to the dealership because you thought the dealership was the best. They have the best people the right parts and the reputation. I no longer subscribe to that belief I feel that I was taking advantage of I was lied to and they had to meet a budget or something so they kept hiking up the price and never addressed the issue until the very last $600 they can get from me. They threw in the TPMS kit or so they said but again I don't trust them and I am going to let everyone I know how the dealership ripped me off and I had to go back. I must have sucker written all over my face. I feel they should have not charged me at all for the starter since that was the reason why I took it to them 9 days earlier and they had the vehicle for a solid 6 days before releasing it to me not finished. I was supposed to be in Colorado for the holidays but since they had my vehicle for so long it was pointless to go at this later date. My house in the meantime was being and is being renovated so I will spend Christmas in a cabinet list refrigerator list Furniture list got it out home. Merry Christmas!
