Hello - Jorge was very professional and kept me informed on the progress of the repair. My 2009 MDX required the ignition system to be replaced. The duration of the replacement was extended due to availability of parts. I have only received one replacement key fob. Evidently the second key fob is on backorder. This is the third time I’ve had to bring this car in for a manufacturer defect and I asked to have my gas topped and Kevin refused. This last time it was a battery defect and the car left me stranded over the weekend and car- less and he couldn’t top off my gas. I asked if they could take my car home and that was a no too. I had to drive 30 minutes to pick up the car. Very unhappy customer.
