Waiting 2 hrs for oil change is not acceptable and an additional one hour to replace one tire was not cool. Spent a total of 3 hrs. Giving me an option of come back the next if you don’t want to wait 3 hrs. It was like this is the only place on earth that can service my car. Many customers came and left me there still waiting. I tried to be patient. But i to confront David. And indeed my car was already done. His explanation was even more annoying. I had to tell him that I’m not 20 yrs old and this is not my first car. I never have to wait 3 hrs for oil change. Or one hour to replace a tire.

I usually am satisfied and I love my Acura but I might have to take my business to a different Acura when it’s time to purchase my next vehicle. When I bought my vehicle I purchased the package that takes care of my services and the person who sold me that package said it covers nails in the tires but then I was told it doesn’t so I had to pay even if it was discounted, I was told it was covered. Then I was given a ride by your Lyft transportation service, I live 14 miles away and i understand you have a radius but they made it such a big deal and it became an inconvenience to me to find a ride back when I purchased my vehicle that’s another thing that wasn’t mentioned or even on the website when I made my appointment and selected shuttle drop off, if I am going to be told denied a ride for 4 miles then I’ll make sure to take my business to the Cerritos Acura which is exactly 10 miles away. Lastly I was part of the service was supposed to be a car wash, the whole inside wasn’t cleaned after being told it was, then the whole outside was a terrible job washed, windows looked worse than when I brought it in! I feel like when purchasing the car your service was really good and helpful and now it’s not! Definitely are not willing to go above and beyond for customers, not that I expect anyone to but I at least expect the things I was told would get done to be done.

Brought my MDX in for A1 service and Emissions system issue. was required to leave car for more than 4 hours, but no loaner car, so had to do without a car for most of my work day. When David finally called to let me know if car issues I was given a list of items totalling nearly $5K including tires for $1.2K that were not needed yet. There did not seem to be any effort to consider the impact of $5 in repairs with several items listed that seemed over priced. I paid for the A1 service which was $100 for simple oil change and tire rotation which seems overpriced for those two items...was charged $100 for diagnostic which was simple inspection and computer code...I took my MDX to a another service provider after my service visit at Weir Canyon and they did the same diagnostic and did not charge anything. I will no longer bring any of my Acura vehicles to Weir Canyon and will not be buying Acura or Honda in the future...bad experience!
