My vehicle was returned to me dirtier then when I left it at the dealership. I went afterwards to the car wash to get it cleaned.
David did not return my text inquiry about a car wash and extra gas.
Delays in the repair of my vehicle. Originally quoted 3-4 hours to fix issue. Took 4 days to fix. Nothing provided to ameliorate the delays and inconveniences.

Miguel was awesome as service rep making sure all my concerns were taken care of. I was very glad to be able to get a Lyft ride home and back again after my car service was completed. Besides the regular maintenance he made sure the clunking noise I was hearing intermittently was looked into and the issue was resolved. A large piece of wood was discovered in the suspension and once it was removed so far no more noise. Very happy with the whole experience.
