I scheduled my recall appointment a week in advance. I was told that the service would take 4 hours and I would have a loaner car. When I arrived this morning, I was told that they could not have my car done in 4 hours. I do understand that the shortage of employees is not David’s fault however, I had to drive 30 minutes for my appointment and a phone call letting me know that I wouldn’t have the service promised, would have been helpful. I unfortunately, could not be flexible today because of my schedule.

I paid nearly $1000 for services that I was told I needed. New battery, fuel injection cleaning, a cleaning out of a dead rat that I was told I would get sent a picture of but never was. Then my car died in my driveway with no power. Had to get AAA to tow me back because of shoddy workmanship on my car - the new battery isn’t installed correctly. You still have my car and I’m very upset.

While the drop off service and the repair were great, the follow up regarding job completed missed it mark. I dropped off my my vehicle on Tuesday night, I got a phone call first thing in the morning around seven on Wednesday. I was informed that the part was going to be ordered and the job was going to be completed by Thursday and I’ll get a phone call. However on Thursday no one called to follow up. I waited until Friday afternoon to call the service department back to follow up with the status of my vehicle. I was than informed that the vehicle was completed on Thursday, and I was also informed I didn’t get a call because of one the service representative was out sick from Covid. It made me very confused, sense if I did not call back with anyone would’ve called me to come pick up my vehicle since it was completed. I would assume a dealership Weir Canyon would have someone follow up when someone is out sick. Was I supposed to wait until that service rep returned from his illness before I get a phone call? Again drop off service to repair the diagnose amazing job, need to fix your follow up calls when the vehicles are completed and not wait extra days since many of us do not have multiple vehicles to use

But when I got the service, wash and vacuum was not done and according to your service dept, car wash hasn’t been provided to customer over one and half years….
