I was told that the service takes 1 and half to 45min, but the it took 2 hours and 30min. No one had informed me for the delay until I asked the representative person after 1h and 50min of waiting. Until that moment, my car was not pulled into work area, and I was told that my car was "next". I've had Acura service from Tustin Acura for more than 20 year for their excellent service even though I live in Anaheim Hills are. It was the first time trying for near distance. However, I was very much disappointed in your service. Everyone's time must be considered as a priority as your business as well. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding time lines.
