Dealership is okay, it’s Acura with all the electronics anomalies randomly popping up. One have to completely shut the engine down to reboot the system to have it back on line. I know this is not the Avenue to address this problem but, no one answer the call for help. Hope you can move Acura to correct the anomalies. Maybe Lexus is a better auto the next time around.

I am not sure why a loaner car was an option when scheduling an appointment. I went to my appointment only to discover loaner cars were backed up for two weeks. I don’t mind not getting a loaner car, however since it was an option, I planned for it. I was stuck at the dealership without pre-arranging a second ride since I was under the assumption I would be able to get one. I had to pay for an Uber to take me back home last minute due to this hindsight.
Again, I wasn’t annoyed at not having a loaner car, I was annoyed with the lack of communication beforehand that there wasn’t any loaner car available.
