This was my first time having my car serviced at Weir Canyon. My husband booked my appointment and was under the impression I would receive a loaner car because he answered a question online asking if a loaner car is needed.
He tried calling a few times to schedule both our service but no one picked up. The automated voice on the phone did not direct him to speak to a live person. There were problems with your phones.
When we arrived for our service, Miguel stated there were no loaner cars available. My issue is why didn’t anyone inform us before our service date. When we expressed our disappointment, he apologized but it seemed to be excuses instead of really taking responsibility. He said the online booking doesn’t alert them if someone is requesting a loaner car. If he already knew that why isn’t he checking regularly to see if that request was made? Instead he just blamed the system.

I had two Acura vehicles to service & I made my appointments more than a week ago online. I tried calling Miguel several times over 2 days & each time went to v-mail and I did not leave a msg. I called the main line several times & all I got was a recording that someone would be right with me. Anyway, I selected a loaner car for each online appointment made. When we arrived for our appointments, we were informed there were no loaner cars available and Miguel made a bunch of excuses versus taking responsibility for the system screw up. He made no offer of making it right. I even did not get my full service needed done. Wanted the cooling flush but he talked me out of it cause it would have taken longer to complete. I tried giving Weir Canyon Acura a chance as this was my 2nd service visit & my wife’s 1st visit with her vehicle. We were both not satisfied with the service here & probably won’t be back.

My service rep Jorge was great and my service was done just fine. My disappointment was that my complimentary vehicle wash was not done as it normally has been in the past. Not sure if just an omission or if the complimentary car wash is not being offered any more. Hopefully the next time I bring my MDX in for service, the complimentary car wash will again be offered.
