The service tech was not customer service oriented. I had to ask another service tech to check me out so I could leave. My car was presented back to me spotty and wet. I noticed the car was ready and sitting for 20 mins.

I was not advised of anything beyond the basic service my car needed until I was leaving, meaning I would need to return another time. My car was not washed, and I was not asked if I wanted to skip the washing. I was very disappointed with the level of service I received.
