We dropped the suv for service and came back to pick up upon getting notice that the vehicle was ready. We received the SUV without getting a wash. Were asked to wait another 40 minutes if wanted car washed. Really! We are so done with Acura!

I was happy with the turn around and service in general, however the one thing that made me uncomfortable was all the staff not wearing masks. With the new Covid variants it would ease customers if staff masked up. Thank you Miguel for being one of few who wore a mask.

Hi. I don’t complain but made an appointment for an oil change and was going to wait inside this morning. It took 25 mins just to check-in/speak with someone. They said it would be a few hours because they have people just show up without appointments. Maybe have to check in areas or fix the appointment system? Luckily I could get a ride, but geez if I had to sit and wait for an easy oil change I had booked in advance, I’d be pissed. It’s not very accelerated service right?

I did not fully understand the diagnosis, especially just coming from my personal mechanic and having items brought up at Weir Canyon that weren’t an issue a week prior at my mechanic. I’m also not understanding why a software update isn’t included in the warranty. I understand the dealership didn’t have any loner cars available but when I was told the work would take until the end of the day, I said I would need to bring it back another day then and was old I’d be charged the service fee essentially twice. The repairs were able to be made more quickly and that ended up being addressed but for all those reasons I felt like I was being sold to and not like a valued customer. My MDX was certified preowned and is a 2016 with 44K miles, and has been taken very good care of. I’m concerned with having issues and not feeling like it’s being cared for. I’ve been there for service prior and was very satisfied previously but I could not wait to get out of there the day of my service.
