The lane mitigation button, it would not turn on. I turned around and drove back to the dealership and service Dept was closed it was 5:10pm. Went inside and got one of the sales managers to come out and look at it. He turned a button on the steering wheel and then it worked ok. As I was driving home I noticed it doesn’t look like they centered the camera on the windshield. It’s off center from the console. Going to check my friends RDX to see if this is right or they misplaced it’s position on the new windshield. If it’s wrong I will return and it’s your dime to replace in I the correct position!

Took hour and half for oil and filter change complementary car wash was included but wasn't performed. Left a message for Jorge to call me back about my car not being washed but never got a call back. Wanted to bring back next week. Second time I had my car service without being washed.

The repair of my vehicle remains incomplete. Even after my vehicle was there 2+ weeks and it was there due to the Weir mechanics failing to fix the issue the previous visits and not installing the sunroof drain plug, resulting in water intrusion in my RDX! So more parts needed replacement and inconvenience to me again due to their mistakes. Miguel is very nice and not to blame for the ongoing mess. It's not his fault my RDX has had numerous issues, several attempts to fix, to have the repair fail soon after, or that the mechanics caused more issues than they fixed. My lease is coming due very soon yet my RDX is still not repaired, leaving me in a serious bind that is a very frustrating and stressful situation to be left in.
