I was given a text in the morning that my car was ready for pick up. I had class all day and when I got to weir canyon. I was told I cannot get my car since there was nobody has access to the keys. I was not told to ask for a late pickup which was very inconvenient that I have to drive 30 miles out of my way just to come back again and fill the tank up again because nobody was able to give my keys. This is not acceptable.
