Brian was phenomenal from start to finish. What I thought was going to be a simple drop off and pick up, actually began with a customer before me throwing a tantrum and displaying frustrations by yelling at both myself and Brian of the companies alleged faulty phone system? I was unsure exactly what was going on, but shaken up from interaction, brian reassured me that this interaction with the previous customer does not reflect himself or Acura and then proceeded to service me with great sense of professionalism. Definitely would come back and request for Brian specifically, how he handled himself in that stressful situation and provided reassurance for me was a perfect example of “A1- Customer Service”
