As soon as the problem with the tire happened, I called Brian Tritz to ask if he could help me. He said to bring my Acura TL as soon as possible and he would help us. He worked with the service technician to identify the problem which turned out to be a cracked valve stem. Thanks to Brian’s and the technician’s thoroughness, the repair was completed very quickly which was much appreciated.
