My first visit to this service facility was an unpleasant one. The experience ruined the rest of my day and the day after. I got to the dealership at 10:50am for my 11am appt on October 30. The service advisor, Argenis, informed me that it would take about an hour and a half for a maintenance service. I sat in the waiting room until I received a text at 12:19pm informing me that my car was ready. Since Argenis was out to lunch, another person helped me. My car was locked with the hazard lights on and my key could not be found. After asking around and nobody seemed to have my key, he looked at the camera and found out that a staff member put my key in another customer’s car which was parked in front of my car. Unfortunately, that customer had left the facility with my key in her car. I was very upset because I had my whole afternoon planned thinking the service would not take that long. Argenis cut his lunch short and came out to help. They left voicemail messages for the customer who had my key, but she was not calling back. Argenis gave me a loaner car and said he would provide an update about the retrieval of my key. He also said someone would deliver my car on Tuesday. I was stressed because I had plans to go out of town on Wednesday and had errands to run on Tuesday before my trip. Approximately 4pm Argenis called to informed me that they had retrieved my car key from the other customer and that my car would be delivered by noon the next day. A staff member, Austin, delivered my car to my house at around 1:30pm. The service provided by Argenis was great, but what happened was a big inconvenience for me. Argenis did what he could to make it right. In addition, Austin, was nice and apologetic on behalf of the dealership. I know Argenis and Austin were not at fault but I took my anger out on them. I hope this doesn’t happen again and everyone learned something from this mistake.
