The previous service correctly reported I needed tires, but also reported I needed brakes. I did not have those done, but took my car to pep boys.. special on tires, and asked them if I needed brakes. My brakes are fine. My last A1service 2 days ago there at weir Acura, said my brakes are fine. Please pull up my last two services preformed there, verify, I have retained my records also. How are you going to retain my trust?

I was very disappointed to find out that Acura service had closed. It took over 20 minutes to get my car checked in, the waiting area wasn’t nearly as nice, and no car wash. If I wanted Honda service level, I would have purchased a Honda.

My car was done at lunch, so you only had service advisor on duty, and he was in a protracted phone call, so the service porter checked my out, which was nice in terms of time, but left me with questions. The multi-point inspection form said a number of items failed inspection, but in the “Found Issues” list, none of those items were listed. Instead, items that were given a green check mark on the multi point were listed in Found Items as needing replacement. Very confusing.
