I wasn't satisfied at all with my experience at Honda Universe, not only were you unable to let me know what caused my driveshaft to shear apart but you wouldn't honor the warranty on my car. When I questioned the service manager Don as to what caused the driveshaft to break he continued with "I don't know ". It is very clear to me and any mechanic outside Honda as to what happened, the rear differential locked up and broke the driveshaft. Because of the lack of experience of your service manager I was forced to pay for a junkyard gearbox to get my car back. I currently have a claim into Honda and I intend to follow through to get justice, I have always stood by Honda because they stood by their products but this is completely unacceptable, something that is so obvious it makes me sick. Honda Universe of Lakewood should be ashamed of your service, you are a disgrace and you can be assured i will never buy another Honda again until this has been resolved

I went about three weeks ago to get my car serviced because my tire light was going on. I was told I needed a new tire because it was not repairable. I spent over $300. Two days later the light was back on. I went back in and now I was told that I needed a repair that I had a nail in my tire. I was sitting and waiting for my car to be fixed another young lady Had the same exact issue. Unfortunately I feel like I have been lied to and I’m not happy with the service. My car was also given back to me with grease marks on the seat.
