Sat around for 2 hours waiting for an oil change that takes 10-15 minutes. A group of monkeys with Down syndrome could have gotten me out of there quicker. Guy at the service desk comes up and says “yeah they are almost done with your car don’t worry”.. as I’m watching them just start to lift my car in the garage. We workin on 4/20 time here? Everyone trying to get laid off so they can go on unemployment? What are they putting in the drinking water over there in Lakewood..Fire Chad and Brad and maybe hire some Carlos’s and some Juan’s and I guarantee your efficiency goes up.
