It started with my car leaking transmission fluid (brand new car, 6 months old), which turned into me needing a whole new transmission. I left there and before I reached the first
light at Chambersbridge Road, my tire pressure light came on. Turns out had 2 screws in my back right tire.
I went back last night. Paid 70.00 to have the 2 holes plugged. Left there and made it to Route 70, this time, and tire pressure light came back on again.
I am extremely disappointed in Honda as a whole.

Told the rep..I did my own oil changes, but had some concerns about my vehicle to which I would have no problem paying to fix... instead...the service dept called and asked if I wanted the recommendations done...I said I need to look over the info...and they said ..well we did the oil change for 55..and broke the trust...total garbage...now..you think about that...

Brought my vehicle in to have 3 elements of service performed. Spoke with Diana on 11/4/21 to have a warranty covered defective piece of front bumper replaced, oil change, and tire rotation performed. Dropped my vehicle off on 11/8/21, during evening hours for first appointment on 11/9/21. I picked my vehicle up today after being notified that my service we complete, only to find out that the bumper piece had been replaced, and not the oil change or tire rotation. Additionally, there were no available appointments until tomorrow for the other services. Also please note that I initiated the bumper piece replacement back in August. Service manager Don Baeney failed to return my call on at least a half of a dozen occasions. Extremely displeased to say the least, and don’t intend on returning for any level of service.

I have a top of the line crv touring and had a crv before this one every time I have a problem with it I’m told we look at it and found nothing wrong. I had it in because of vibration I was told it was look at and found nothing wrong when I checked it it had 47 lb of air in the rear tires 37 in the right front and 27 lb in the front left tire and the tires were not balanced had to bring it back wasting my time if this is the kind of service I’ll be getting maybe I’ll go to Toyota next time I buy a car ????
