I brought my car in early October, due to random things popping up on dashboard. Ended up needing a gas cap which I was told was ordered but it was backordered, so I would get a call when the part came in. Received a phone call 10/25/21 around noon telling me if I didn’t call back the part was going to be returned. I was at work and didn’t get the message until later in the day, when I called back, I was 1. He was going to check to see if the part was still there if not it had to be ordered back in again. I was told I was called previously (I have no record of this or messages AND I was clear that it’s easier for me to respond to a text message. Not sure how many times I was “attempted” to be reached but if a number was dialed wrong, I can’t believe there’s only one attempt and the second one was to tell me the piece was returned because I took too long to call back. I am currently waiting for the piece to come in once ordering it again which is such a hassle. I have never had any issues before with the dealer and I’m actually surprised every single time because of the efficiency of the other 2 ladies who work there I believe Lisa and Jessica are awesome. I just want my piece to come in so I can just move on.
