I called Marc to let him know about the traffic on Weir Canyon Blvd. and I’d be arriving a little late. When I arrived, I went inside and Marc greeted me by name, once he finished taking care of the customer before me, he personally drove my Civic back to service to get the tire rotation started.
I waited 13 minutes!!!! Once finished, Marc went over the inspection sheet, to say my expectations were met would be an understatement.
Marc has taken care of me several times before and always provides excellent service and is very personable.
