The service was excellent; as soon as I pulled into the service area, Jesus Avalos immediately attended to my situation.
However, it was with the part(s) that I am having second thoughts on. The replacement trunk latch didn't have the same "snappiness" of the original. My original trunk latch, when opened, would immediately "spring up" my trunk with excellent force that trunk seems to open immediately halfway up. This new replacement one would just sound "chug" and then just releases the trunk and the trunk just rises around an inch or two, unlike the original trunk latch which would release the trunk all the way up.

He answered all my questions & also checked the condition of my tires regarding the rotation, alignment. He explained to me carefully since l'm a woman.
Besides that, he also looked at my car himself to see anything needed to replace & recommended for next service.
