They left a big **** cardboard box in my car that took up my whole back seat and my whole trash can, it was not very nice :(.

Maddie was great. Very kind and very informative. When I returned to pick up my car Maddie was either on lunch or helping another customer so another person helped me. The only thing I would mention is that it would have been nice to have someone go over what was done on the paperwork. I asked for multiple things to be done and even though I had the paperwork, it would have been nice for someone to go through each one and let me know what was checked and what did or did not get fixed. I asked for my driver door to be looked at for rattling noise. No one told me that it didn’t get fixed. Just gave me my keys and sent me on my way. Had to hear the noise again to make me dig through the paperwork to see the notes that it needed to be sent to a body shop (which I also don’t understand since I figured you all could fix it) so it just would have been nice for someone to go over what was discussed when I dropped off my car. What actually was looked at and reasons as to why something was or was not looked at or fixed. Thank you!

Service advisor Jesus Avalos did not adequately address my questions/concerns;,rather than being helpful for a non-technical customer to understand the issue and options available, Jesus was condescending and made me feel stupid for not knowing things that may be very obvious to him. I had a chance to connect with his manager upon my request (Mark) and Mark was professional and addressed my concerns to the best he can. It is unfortunate that one service advisor like Jesus can bring such negative impression on what otherwise is a good and convenient option for my family and car service needs. Please address this issue with customers in mind - you want a service that not only fixes the technical problem, but also to help customers feel understood and seen. Thank you
