Maddie was great, she kept me informed about the process along the way. I needed to come by and retrieve something out of my van. I was able to meet the mechanic and he was great. Took time to chat for a minute and apologized for the delay. Every time I have brought my van in I have had great service. Thank you again.

On a side note after paying $1800 for a repair I would think the least you guys could do is provide a courtesy wash. When I used to take my car for service at Riverside Honda they always provided a courtesy wash even for an oil change.
