David is fantastic! He really listens, understands customer concerns and is readily available to assist. David always provides stellar customer service, took my car in right away for potential AC issues and provided Uber round trip so I could still work from home and not get behind. David won't unnecessarily charge if Honda cannot find or fix a maintenance issue; i know I cam trust David and Honda which is why I always return to my dealer. I definitely recommend David to any Honda or Potro Honda customer and also highly suggest that David get a raise AND promotion for going above and beyond for all of his clients, David keeps Honda in business by anticipating customers needs and providing realistic solutions.
