I did wait for my service to be done on my car but due to the shortage of technicians to look at my car for the air conditioner Brian started that it probably wasn’t going to be looked at until the next day. And just waiting for a loaner car to be returned said I was most appreciated by the gesture and always like getting my car serviced because of the great job and customer service experience.

We brought in car for service Friday and was told car will be ready next day. We did not get a follow up text whether car needed additional repairs. We called the service person that help us that Friday several times to check if car is ready for pick up but call just went into messaging and did not get a call back or text. Finally called main number to check status of car and was told further repairs were needed and car will be ready Tuesday around noon. Tuesday , called main line again as we did not get text that car is ready. We were told car may be ready end of day. We rec’d text message around 4:45 pm that car is ready. We have been bringing my car to Weir Canyon Honda since 2003 all the way from Mission Viejo and service has always been good and reliable except this one time. The car is running as expected though.
